Located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in Boynton Beach, Tuscany on the Intracoastal involves the construction of four, (4)-story luxury apartment buildings housing 286 residential units, two 2-story parking structures, one clubhouse, and numerous site amenity structures.

The residential buildings are constructed utilizing reinforced concrete slabs supported by load-bearing masonry interior and exterior walls. The parking structures consist of reinforced concrete columns and post-tensioned concrete decks.

Due to the existing site conditions, three of the structures are supported on augered piling foundations while four of the structures are supported on vibrocompacted soils.

Project features include two grand entrance water features, landscaped courtyards, concrete seawalls and bulkheads, and a wood boardwalk spanning the wetland preserve area along the Intracoastal.
