Construction of a 2O-stadium movie theater with stadium seating capacity of 4,152 people. Included is a 17,000 s/f upscale restaurant and bar / entertain-Ttent lounge on the third floor. The overall project is 141,000-s/f. The two level parking garage for the facility accommodated 500 cars and was 196,000 s/f. Made out of pre-cast concrete the parking garage was added midway through the project and was delivered with the opening of the theater on time.

The project is designed around a Middle Eastern theme and includes five preformed metal roofing domes on the exterior. Movie watching will be a whole new experience as you enter through the VIP entrance and proceed up the esca-ators to the restaurant and lounge. After dinner and drinks, you can watch a Ttovie in one of six private balcony-viewing areas.

The structure consists of exterior masonry walls on continuous concrete footings. Structural steel beams and pre-cast concrete plank make up the elevated slab and pre-cast concrete double-tees are utilized as the roof structure. The exterior finish is EIFS.

This project is very user "visually" friendly and features many finishes that are just as appealing as the movies you will watch.
